The products of the MINAC-series are mobile small and light induction equipments. The advantages of the induction heating are fast concentrated and exact adjusted contact-free heating. All of these you can utilize with your MINAC.
All generators of the MINAC-family manufactured with rugged electronic standard components and a transistor controlled series-compensated oscillator circuit consisting of IGBT transistors.
The working frequency of the system is between 10 kHz and 25kHz – dependent of the workpiece, the coil and the output transformer.
The optimal working frequency is calculated and adjusted in the control electronics of the equipment. So the best possible efficiency is guaranteed, and the machine is working in the optimal range.
Through the automatic frequency matching is it possible to use a wide spectrum of different induction coils at the same generator. So there are a lot of different application areas for the MINAC.
Our generators are operated by a clear and easy useable LCD – panel. Over this display all functions are controlled and programmed.
The Induction coil can be easily fixed and released on the hand held output transformer (HHT). You just have to open 2 easy accessible nuts at the HHT. The flexible HHT- hose-package is available in 5 meter or optional in 10 meters length. Because of the high flexibility, the MINAC is extreme multifunctional applicable and so there are a lot of different application areas for the MINAC. The induction equipments are supplied with an interface connection for control of the unit from external. The integration in an external machine control (PLC, Line control, Siemens S7, etc.) or control of the unit over pyrometer and temperature control can be done over analogue signals or also via profibus or ethernet.
The most of the MINACs are available in a basic-version with one output and as twin-version with two outputs. At the MINAC Twin you can run both outputs independent from each other with 100% output power at the same time, or use them for different applications with different power setting.
The advantage of the utilized series oscillating circuit is, that you can use the equipment either with the permanent output power for long time (24hrs) or you can utilize the maximum peak power for short time (app. 5 minutes) with 50% cycle time.
The type-name indicates the continuous and peak power of the generator.
The power range is available from MINAC 6/10 Basic and Twin up to MINAC 140/220 Basic.
All generators of the MINAC series are tested and CE labelled. All equipments are delivered with an EU declaration of conformity.
